Śrīpura — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
In one sentence: Śrīpura does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data — the app has no account, no server, and no analytics; everything you do in it stays on your own device.
What we collect
Nothing. Śrīpura has no user accounts, no sign-in, no forms, and no backend server that the app talks to. There is no analytics or tracking software of any kind built into the app.
What stays on your device
The app saves a small amount of information locally on your phone so your experience is remembered between sessions — bookmarks, your reading position, your chanting streak, and your notification preferences. This information:
- never leaves your device
- is never seen by us or by any third party
- is removed automatically if you uninstall the app
Notifications
If you turn on the app's optional reminders (daily name, chanting, or festival days), they are scheduled entirely on your device's own operating system. No reminder, or any information about it, is ever sent to or from a server.
Third parties
Śrīpura does not share data with anyone, because it does not collect any to share. The app includes no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no social or tracking integrations.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no personal data from any user, this applies equally to children. Śrīpura is safe for a general audience and requires no age verification or parental consent, as there is nothing to consent to.
Changes to this policy
If Śrīpura's data practices ever change, this page will be updated first, and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
